weekend woes & wows

just went through my victory weekend and i feel oh, so happy! yes, the Lord has won the battle for us. He has overcome. I feel so blessed, so grateful, and sooooo free! pictures will be posted as soon as i get them from Mike (no, Gen not my UP Fair Mike (oh how i wish...joke lang) delikado names na yun diba?) and from Jaja. i really enjoyed meeting new people from vcf and making new friends. and i love ms. aileen! she is such a blessing, a true warrior in God's army. her words speak of His love for me and i have learned so much from her inspiring talks. i can't wait to talk to her again... uh-oh...idolatry? hahaha

i love hotels and spending overnights with friends. we stayed in holiday inn - judith and i. we were both excited to have breakfast...unfortunately, it wasn't so great. but good coffee though. super bonding with judith during this victory weekend. i thank God for her too. she is a blessing in my life.

my brother picked me up after the retreat. we had lunch in greenhills, well more like dessert. he was craving for crazy crepes. and that's exactly what it was. a CRAZY way of eating crepes. it was so messy, eating crepes like ice cream...ever heard of plates? but i guess that's why it sells, huh? i looooove greenhills. i always feel at home in greenhills. and virra mall looked so different now. i think they call it v mall now. i suddenly missed bread connection and uncle martin's sundae....did i get that right? greenhillls is a big part of my growing up years. and i would always choose greenhills over any other mall here. not for shopping, though. just for hanging out. =)

i still wasn't successful in finding that "perfect watch" even in greenhills. and it's july, my birthday has passed. maybe it's not the right time yet (pun intended) to buy. oh well.

tomorrow's monday and i will be once again faced with my work problems. aaarrrgggh. what to do...what to do.....my mind's on active mode now....i need to think and think and think...

but good news this week! i finally got my RTC (thanks to resty!) and i will be signing the contract for the unit i'm paying for. yehey!!! it will be finally official this week. when it's done, everyone's invited. but we have to do it in batches, it's just a small space. i don't think my usual guest list would fit in. oh, i'm so excited! ( note to friends: karla, pag turn-over you should be here. you and hottie josh. hahaha. gen, you should be here too. baka after 2 years pa matapos eh! sana hindi naman. or during one of your visits... ;) )

need to take a power nap now. been up since 11am, considering that i slept around 830am...hmmm...but for some reason, i don't feel tired at all. i'm just happy and happy and happy. not worried anymore about tomorrow's work tragedies. bring them on!
